High School Academy Registration - Monthly Payment/Recurring Billing

  • TEAM NIKOS HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMY REGISTRATION

    Academy participants may use the following form to register and pay for a monthly (unlimited) sessions & recurring billing. High School Academy sessions are on Sunday Nights from 6 - 7:30pm.

  • All Academy participants are required to purchase a reversible Academy jersey and wear it to Academy sessions. The jerseys are $25.00 each.Please pick up and pay for your jersey the first time you attend Academy.If you are purchasing an Academy jersey, please select size for your player.
  • This fee is good for unlimited number of sessions within one month.

  • Do you acknowledge a recurring monthly payment for your Academy fees? By clicking "Yes" below, you will authorize a credit card payment to Team Nikos, to take place every 30 days from the date of this regsitration.
